Our dredge valves are equipped with real-time feedback capabilities, providing accurate position monitoring of the valve gate, which enhances operational control and efficiency.

  • Reinforced with Bars: Stiffened with bars for additional structural strength, enhancing the valve’s durability under high pressure.

  • Hydraulic Power Pack: Can be supplied with quick connections to the valves. The hydraulic power pack is available in diesel or electric-driven configurations.
Dredge Valve Types:

Sandfill Valve: Designed for redirecting sand mixtures at sand discharge locations, these valves are equipped with hydraulic cylinders, jack-up systems, or manual lifting gates to control the flow effectively.
Gate Rubber Valve: This valve type is provided with rubber seals for a completely watertight closure, and it operates using a hydraulic cylinder for precise closing and opening of the gate.
