Cutter Suction Dredgers (CSD) use a rotating cutter head to cut and loosen material before suction. They are ideal for harder materials like compacted sand, clay, and soft rock, and offer higher production rates.

Auger Suction Dredgers (ASD) use a screw-type auger head that gently conveys material to the suction mouth. They create less turbidity and are preferred for environmental dredging, sensitive ecosystems, and precision work where minimal disturbance is required.
Water Injection Dredgers are ideal for maintenance dredging in navigational channels, harbors, and tidal waterways. They work by fluidizing sediments with high-pressure water jets, allowing natural currents to transport the material. Benefits include: no discharge pipeline needed, high efficiency in silt and sand, low fuel consumption, and minimal environmental impact. They are not suitable for hard materials or when material needs to be transported to a specific location.

Yes, we strongly recommend purchasing a recommended spare parts package with your dredger. We also maintain stock of common spare parts for quick delivery and offer ongoing spare parts supply throughout the equipment lifecycle.
Absolutely. We supply a full range of dredging components including dredge pumps, cutter heads, valves, ball joints, booster stations, and more. Delivery & Installation

Lead times vary based on dredger size and specifications:

Custom designs may require additional engineering time. We provide detailed project schedules during the quotation process.
All our dredgers are designed for container shipping. The equipment is disassembled into modular sections that fit standard shipping containers (20ft and 40ft). This enables cost-effective transport to any port worldwide and simplifies customs clearance. We handle all export documentation and can arrange door-to-door logistics through our shipping partners.
Yes, we offer comprehensive supervision and commissioning services:

Assembly typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on dredger size and site conditions.

  • CSD 600-650: Up to 3,000-4,000m

For longer distances, booster stations can be added to the pipeline. Each booster can extend the range by 1,500-2,500m depending on conditions.
Fuel consumption varies with dredger size and operating conditions. Typical consumption at full load:
